About Us
Tayside Quality Management Associates were established in 1996, as a family partnership, providing quality assurance and health and safety consultancy services to clients mainly Scotland and the North of England. Our client base consists of small to medium-sized businesses, across a range of sectors including hospitality, health care, motor trade and engineering.
We believe our role is to help our clients achieve peace of mind with regard to their business processes by ensuring that they have relevant and effective policies in place to manage their safety, health and quality duties and obligations, both legal and contractual.

Murray Duncan is a graduate of Aberdeen University and holds postgraduate Diplomas in Personnel Management and Business Management. Additionally, he holds the NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health and the Safety Inspector's Certificate of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents. Prior to establishing tqma, he was employed as a full-time Quality Assurance Lead Assessor, registered with the IRCA.
