Health & Safety Health Check
Our Health Check is normally the starting point for any health and safety consultancy which we undertake. It comprises:
- a comprehensive Desk Review of your activities to assess the extent of your compliance with Regulatory and insurance contract requirements
- a Workplace Inspection to identify immediate hazards to staff, visitors and members of the public, with an immediate Improvement Report to address any high-risk discrepancies identified
- a comprehensive Report, identifying non-compliant activities, with detailed Recommendations for Action
- the opportunity for a Review of Findings, normally by telephone
The Health Check Report is a reliable indicator of the hazards present in your workplace and of the potential risks to your business.
The Report enables you:
- to plan and prioritise the measures you need to take to reduce both workplace and business risks
- to allocate responsibility for ensuring that actions are taken
- to ensure that actions are completed within an acceptable timescale
- to view these actions to ensure that solutions have been effective in preventing recurrence
There is no commitment on your part beyond this point. It is probable that many discrepancies will need to be actioned by yourself, but if further assistance is required, this can be negotiated in accordance with your budget and your other business spriorities.
